* Improve DEP8 test coverage (LP: #1677874)
- d/t/control: Replace debian-installer-13-netboot-amd64 dependencies with
gcc-mingw-64.
- d/t/gen_control: Remove references to arm64, since rom tests only execute
on i386 and amd64.
- d/t/{pxe_hello.s,uefi_hello.c}: Added self compiled boot binary source
code instead of depending on debian-installer.
- d/t/ipxe-rom: Use self compiled test PXE boot binary to avoid
dependency on debian-installer package.
