HDMI is detected - the display configuration shows the TV by name, and
the TV knows the port is connected ... but TV displays "No signal
detected"
Things that don't work:
Cable swaps, TV settings, lower resolution / refresh rate, rebooting
This worked fine until amdgpu-dkms [1:6.16.13.30300000-2278356.24.04]
Stopped working immediately after reboot after update.
