Public bug reported:
Dracut in host-only mode includes the udev rules from /etc/udev/rules.d.
snapd creates udev rules there which are useless in the initrd and
produce warnings during boot. So please let snapd ship a dracut config
file /usr/lib/dracut/dracut.conf.d/50-snapd.conf containing:
```
remove_items+=" /etc/udev/rules.d/70-snap.*.rules "
```
