thanks for your report!
the package docker-compose-plugin is from download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu, so
this is not a package shipped in ubuntu.
you have installed it currently, and it provides the
/usr/libexec/docker/cli-plugins/docker-compose file already.
your attempt of installing docker-compose-v2 (a package from ubuntu itself)
failed because it provides the same file.
you should remove all 3rd-party repositories of docker before attempting to use
ubuntu system packages for it or only stick to the 3rd-party packages then,
since a mixture won't work usually :)
since this is not a bug in our package or docker itself, i'll mark this report
as invalid.
