thanks for the report. from what i can see, one problem comes from
/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default.conf being a symlink to itself?
(Error: [Errno 40] Слишком много уровней символьных ссылок:
'/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default.conf')

is this a symlink to itself? did you set this configuration up manually?
(no problem if this was just a mistake, i want to make sure this is not
a bug in our package automation)

the installation then crashes with this error:
info: Executing deferred 'a2enmod php8.3' for package libapache2-mod-php8.3
ERROR: Module php8.3 does not exist!

does /usr/lib/apache2/modules/libphp8.3.so exist on your system? If no,
did you delete it? It should be provided by the package libapache2-mod-
php8.3.
