I can confirm that doing: 
```
systemctl --user edit --full 
snap.snapd-desktop-integration.snapd-desktop-integration.service
```
and *adding* the line 
```
Requisite=graphical-session.target
```
in the `[Unit]` section fixed the problem for me.
