Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu 25.10
Release: 25.10

There are several warnings in the boot log (can be seen in dracut tests,
for example):

```
55-scsi-sg3_id.rules[31846]: WARNING: SCSI device dm-xx has no device ID,
consider changing .SCSI_ID_SERIAL_SRC in 00-scsi-sg3_config.rules
```

These warnings are incorrect and the warnings should not be emitted for
loop devices and such.

Upstream patch: https://github.com/doug-gilbert/sg3_utils/pull/47

** Affects: sg3-utils (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Medium
