Public bug reported:
For update-manager point of view there is no update but I still have
notification about new updates on the top panel: "There are 7 updates
available". This notification is also wrong, but close to trues because in fact
16 updates available:

This problem exists even after I click to "Install Now" button several
times, I still see wrong text "There are 7 updates available" and
update-manager notification that "The software on this computer is up to
date."
