Update: After further investigation with @saviq, it appears this issue
is triggered when running Kernel 6.11.0-28-generic (HWE) on Intel 14th
Gen hardware. The newer kernel seems to trigger code paths in the Intel
Media Driver that expect the vaMapBuffer2 symbol, which is missing in
the current libva2 (2.20.0-2build1) on Ubuntu 24.04.
