Hi,
The 26.04 Snapshot 3 manifest shows that it still includes Linux 6.18. A
6.19 update is currently in proposed, which means that you won't have
received it yet through regular upgrades. Regardless, we still need to
confirm that this is a regression in the kernel before moving forward to
the solution, so we know who is affected.
For us to proceed looking for a regression we first need to confirm the
last kernel version that the device worked with, did you try using a
previous kernel version as described above? If not, or if the device
still didn't work, you'll need to install an older kernel. Did the
device ever work on 26.04? Were you previously using a different Ubuntu
series like 25.10 or 24.04 when it last worked?
If this is a regression, to debug the issue we'll need to collect data
about your system, the easiest way to do that is by running `apport-
collect 2137756` which will automatically upload diagnostic files to
this bug.
