Yes. The current upstream release of libdwarf is the 2.3.0, released 5 days ago. When I opened the bug in 2024 there was only the 2021 release listed in all branches and was surprised that "noble", released in 2024, had still the 2021 version of libdwarf. Nowadays seems "noble" and "plucky" are still using the 2021 version but "questing" and "resolute" have the version "0.11.1" (from 2024).
So in a way, I believe it's fixed, and I should just wait until the 2024 version lands in a stable release. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2065158 Title: libdwarf-dev is old, please update to v0.9.2 (released at Apr 3, 2024) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dwarfutils/+bug/2065158/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
