Regression: gnome-terminal-server 25s timeout on first launch after boot
Issue:
Since a recent update (approx. 1 week ago), gnome-terminal takes exactly 25
seconds to open for the first time after a system reboot. Subsequent launches
are instantaneous until the next reboot.
Technical details:
The delay is caused by a D-Bus timeout during the activation of
org.gnome.Terminal. Journalctl logs show that gnome-terminal-server.service
starts, but fails to respond in time, resulting in a "Timeout was reached"
error before finally succeeding.

Observations:
During the hang, there is significant D-Bus/AppArmor activity from
the Firefox Snap (MemoryPoller trying to access /proc/pressure/memory).
xdg-desktop-portal activation seems to be intertwined with this
delay.
This is a clear regression as it was working perfectly a week ago.
