Hello,

I'm the developer of DryWetMIDI library which has API to work with MIDI
devices. Now this API of the library supports Windows and macOS, but I
want to add Linux support.

To verify the API I run bunch of tests. Of course I do this
automatically within CI/CD processes where I have no control and thus I
need some MIDI devices to be present in the system. So I need to create
virtual loopback devices. I use MS Hosted Azure pipelines agents which
use your Ubuntu images.

I'm planning to use ALSA for API implementation. But to be able to test
the API, ALSA must be enabled in the kernel.

Please build the kernel with ALSA. It's blocker for my work on Linux
API. I have no machines with this system and rely on your VM images.

Thank you!
