Public bug reported:
[ Impact ]
Routine base-files update for /etc/issue{,.net}, /etc/{lsb,os}-release
files to bump version for upcoming point release.
[ Test Plan ]
* cat /etc/issue
* cat /etc/issue.net
* cat /etc/lsb-release
Only `DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION` should be bumped to the point release.
`DISTRIB_RELEASE` should not include the "patch" part of the version.
* cat /etc/os-release
Only `PRETTY_NAME` and `VERSION` should be bumped to the point release.
`VERSION_ID` should not include the "patch" part of the version.
[ Where problems could occur ]
This package is **mostly** static files and doesn't provide any library,
but still is at the core of the system with many reverse-depends
including huge meta-packages (like `ubuntu-server`). That means it
always has a chance of breaking things in the long and complex machinery
building and publishing packages. Let's hope it does not happen though.
