Other than that I've improved the copyright: - Added the missing Expat license on the tools/clang/test/CodeGenHLSL/Samples/MiniEngine, tools/clang/test/CodeGenHLSL/Samples/D12 - Fix lib/DxilCompression - Fix the public domain files, and a few others. And I've added description to patches. I also noticed that the maintainer was not right in the control file.
