iwlwifi-gl-c0-fm-c0-102.ucode is not even in upstream linux firmware git tree:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/tree/intel/iwlwifi

But you probably can use -101 version. Ubuntu has this file, but it's
compressed, which I just read could be an issue. So you can try
decompressing it:

sudo zstd -d -k /lib/firmware/intel/iwlwifi/iwlwifi-gl-c0-fm-c0-101.ucode.zstd
sudo update-initramfs -u -k all
