This bug has just shown up in the latest ubuntu 24.04.3 server kernel: 6.8.0-100-generic #100-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Note: My understanding is that this is a kernel BUG, but the app developer has created a work-around that is significantly less process efficient. This work-around detects the kernel bug and does things less efficiently to get around it. The kernel really should be patched with the fix that Juerg posted (above). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2132216 Title: Latest kernel update breaks GKrellM Net monitor - possible backport regression To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-hwe-6.14/+bug/2132216/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
