We don't have enough information to understand what is causing this
issue; one of the likely issue might be the /boot partition being full.
Could you please run the following command:
df -h
and paste the output to this bug report please?
Another thing useful to try would be to run
sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-headers-6.17.0-14-generic
and then collect the generic logs running
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
After that, please attach the generated journal.txt file to this bug
report.
