** Description changed:

  [ Impact ]

Since mesa 25.2.8 arrived in noble-proposed, GTK4 has been failing
build-time tests and autopkgtests against it for s390x.

s390x has already been a special architecture in the past, see bug 2119291
and bug 2122598. We've already had to disable OpenGL rendering by default.
One thing special about s390x is that it's our only full architecture where
the kernel is built without CONFIG_DRM=y.

- Now some more tests are failing.
+ Now some more tests specific to OpenGL and Vulkan are failing.
Let's disable these too. In practice, if anyone is running GTK4 on s390x
they're already using the "cairo" backend, avoiding any OpenGL driver (either
hardware or software emulated).

  Specifically, for s390x only, we're:
  * modifying the existing patch that disables the "memorytexture" test to also
apply at autopkgtest time
  * adding a new patch to disable tests targeted at the OpenGL and Vulkan
renderers

  [ Test Plan ]

GTK4 builds and passes autopkgtests on all architectures.

[ Where problems could occur ]

The diff only applies to tests; no actual change in behaviour at runtime.
s390X is not an architecture officially supported for graphical applications.
