New HP 200 G2a machine powered by AMD Athlon Gold 20 has no default audio input
device.

[Fix]
Backport the quirk suggested by AMD

G2a 16")

[Test Case]

1. Boot up the machine of HP 200 G2a AMD Athlon
2. Open settings->Sound->Input Device and make sure it's not Dummy audio devices
3. Make sure the recording function is working with the built-in microphone

[Where problems could occur]
It adds a quirk only applied on particular HP board name. No regression
