Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
The ubuntu-release-upgrader package is used to upgrade one release to another; your install media was 25.10, and I see no attempt to release- upgrade your system to resolute/26.04; was that attempted? as your description doesn't mention it. No details were gathered (by apport tools) about gnome-remote-desktop in filing as that is not what you filed the problem about. Bug reporting is about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug. I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg. https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu. You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http://loco.ubuntu.com/ or asking at https://askubuntu.com or https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/welcome-to-support-and-help/49951, or for more support options please look at https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-support/709 ** Package changed: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu) => gnome-remote- desktop (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2141363 Title: gnome-remote-desktop was remove on latest update To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-remote-desktop/+bug/2141363/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
