You have the deadsnakes PPA installed, which provides versions of
Python3 that conflict with official versions from the Ubuntu archive:

libpython3.12-dev:amd64 Depends on libpython3.12:amd64 < 3.12.12-1+jammy1

You need to remove the specific packages installed from that PPA (looks
like python3.12 in this case, maybe others), and try again.
