It's fixed upstream version 0.1.19, available at
https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu-pro-for-wsl/releases/tag/wsl-pro-
service%2F0.1.19.

Given it's a native package, sponsorship is as simple as checking out
that monorepo and running:

`sbuild -s --chroot-mode=unshare --dist=resolute wsl-pro-service`

(or `cd wsl-pro-service && debuild S` assuming the build dependencies
are installed).

I'm also attaching a debdiff just in case sponsors prefer that format
(though debdiff-apply has a strange habit of messing with my versioning
I don't really understand why).
