Function guess_dist_arch_archive() is used to guess the repository that
is used by the system. A rule for riscv64 is missing.
Update list 'precise|trusty|xenial|yakkety|zesty|artful)':
* drop intermediate release yakkety|zesty|artful
* add supported releases bionic,focal|jammy|noble|questing|resolute
Add risc64 to the list
'arm64|armel|armhf|hppa|ia64|lpia|powerpc|ppc64el|s390x|sparc'
Best start the change in salsa.debian.org as the package does not
contain Ubuntu patches.
