It's difficult for me to see how many packages we have that fail to
build on amd64v3 because of how many packages were Architecture: all
packages that were erroneously sent to build on amd64v3. In December, I
recommended that someone rebuild those for universe. I was told that the
resolute archive rebuilds were higher priority. I hadn't checked the
archive rebuild progress since then and I'm surprised that it's not
close to completion yet.

There are only a few packages in main that FTBFS only on amd64v3. It looks like 
it's
- gcc-15-cross
- gf-complete
- john

I do recommend that we do those rebuilds. They should only affect the
Architecture: all builders (amd64).
