This seems to intermittently affect Flatpak apps. All of mine, except Firefox and Thunderbird, are affected. I tried to do some digging and it seems that the bwrap apparmor profile is affected, as can be seen from the logs in the bug ticket here. It’s worth noting that this doesn’t seem to be present in the 6.18 kernel (I have confirmed that Flatpak apps work as expected in 6.18), and the apparmor rules have not changed (in a manner that seems relevant) since things stopped working for me.
