Public bug reported:
Using 8.04 alpha3 release updated as of 1-17-08 12PM EST.
Keystrokes frequently but inconsistently are echoed. Also the gnome desktop
stops responding-but that's another bug report I think.
This install is on a HP laptop dv6707us. To verify if this was not related to
the above install ubuntu 7.10 was run from livecd no echoing of keystrokes was
noticed.
