I fixed several issues with unity-control-center but I left one.
Remove the dh_auto_test section from debian/rules
The build tests will fail because po/POTFILES.in needs to be updated.
Update po/POTFILES.in. Edit it directly. No .patch needed.
You need to update debian/changelog to use a new upstream version
(probably with today's date). This is necessary whenever we change the
files outside debian/
