I ran into this problem again.

The workaround is `sudo virsh net-destroy default && sudo virsh net-
start default` then restarting the VM.

It occurred after resume from suspend-to-memory. I think this relates to
the [mDNS suspend/resume
bug](https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/avahi/+bug/2109419) I
encountered.
