Public bug reported:

Description:
I am experiencing a persistent Bluetooth reconnection issue on my Lenovo
ThinkPad E16 Gen 1. I recently upgraded the wireless card to an Intel BE200
(Wi-Fi 7).
Environment:

System: Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 1 (Intel Core i5-1335U)
    Bluetooth Adapter: Intel BE200
    OS: Ubuntu 24.04/26.04
Device: Xiaomi Wireless Mouse 3 (D1:01:38:10:0E:D3)

Symptoms:
The mouse pairs and works correctly upon initial setup. However, it fails to
reconnect automatically in the following scenarios:

When the mouse is turned off and then back on.
When the system wakes up from suspend/sleep mode.

I have already tried setting the device to "Trusted" via bluetoothctl, but the
issue persists. The device shows as "Trusted: yes" and "WakeAllowed: yes" in
info, yet it remains disconnected until a manual connection is forced.
Steps to Reproduce:

Pair the Xiaomi Mouse 3 via Bluetooth settings.
    Verify it is working.
Turn off the mouse power or put the laptop into suspend mode.
Turn on the mouse or wake the laptop.
The mouse does not move and remains in a "Disconnected" state in the
Bluetooth menu.
