I was first assuming a mistake, but the orig tarball has all gitty
things like .gitignore for real - all good. Having an actual look now
...

#1 d/copyright

A few confusions on
- NOTICE - well this isn't code and kind of all licenses at once, this is fine
- a false positive of the checks in pg_documentdb/src/roaring_bitmaps/roaring.h
- Hmm - pg_documentdb/src/roaring_bitmaps/roaring.c, good catch by you
actually; my tools complained but who would guess the BSD clause starts at line
19489 :-)

All fine in regard to d/copyright AFAICS

#2 namespace packages

Fine, and it follows the usual pattern of postgresql-$VERSION-$EXTENSION

#3 namespace files

No conflicts and all has some sort of documentdb or pg_documentdb in it,
which namespaces it well.

#4 lintian for general checks

#4a
You have hit
https://lintian.debian.org/tags/missing-notice-file-for-apache-license.html it
seems
E: documentdb source: missing-notice-file-for-apache-license [NOTICE]
E: documentdb source: missing-notice-file-for-apache-license
[pg_documentdb_gw/NOTICE]
=> Discussed will be fixed

#4b
Also:
P: documentdb source: hyphen-in-upstream-part-of-debian-changelog-version
0.108-0 [debian/changelog:1]
I think the double dash is wrong or tell me if it is intentional?
Discussed - the first -0 is part of upstream - okay

---

TL;DR
- just the small hiccup with the NOTICE file to be fixed, then it is ready to go
