Public bug reported:
ath11k_pci driver for WCN6855 (Qualcomm 802.11ax) fails to reconnect to
any access point after system resume from suspend. Reloading the driver
(modprobe -r ath11k_pci && modprobe ath11k_pci) restores functionality
until the next suspend.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Boot system with working Wi‑Fi.
2. Connect to any access point (works normally).
3. Suspend to RAM: systemctl suspend (or close laptop lid).
4. Wake system.
5. Observe that Wi‑Fi is still enabled (interface wlp1s0 exists) but cannot
scan or connect to any network.
6. Attempt to reconnect manually or via NetworkManager – always fails.
7. Reload the driver:` sudo modprobe -r ath11k_pci && sudo modprobe ath11k_pci`
8. Wi‑Fi starts working again immediately.
