Same here, still an issue at least up to 6.8.0-100. As a workaround (source: https://askubuntu.com/a/1522501/1494080), the following restores wifi functionality:
sudo modprobe -r iwlwifi && sleep 10 && sudo modprobe iwlwifi Cold booting also restores functionality, warm booting does not. Last known good kernel was around March/April 2025 (must have been around 6.8.0-54), didn’t use wifi much after that until I was hit by the bug in December. I am currently testing all of my previously installed kernels to narrow down where the error got introduced, currently at 6.8.0-62. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2128724 Title: iwlwifi crashing after some hours, leaving WiFi broken To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2128724/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
