[SRU Noble] Switch to OpenSSL to fix arm64 FTBFS

[Impact]
aircrack-ng fails to build from source on arm64 in Noble due to
test-wpapsk-cmac failure.

[Fix]
Switching to OpenSSL backend resolves the alignment and timeout issues on ARM.

[Test Plan]
Verified build and tests pass on arm64 in PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~catcatyu/+archive/ubuntu/aircrack-ng-noble

[Where problems could occur]
Minimal risk, as OpenSSL is the standard crypto backend for this package in
later Ubuntu releases.
