Public bug reported:
When a scheduled scan runs, it usually takes around 12 or so hours.
During this time, the computer is laggier. I can't just not use my
computer during this time, since it's most of the day.
I would like the scheduled scan to run at +19 nice so the other programs
on my system have some breathing room.
