Public bug reported: Imported from Debian bug http://bugs.debian.org/1128383:
Package: ftp.debian.org User: [email protected] Usertags: archive X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected] Dear Archive team please remove r-cran-ade4 and its reverse-dependencies on armhf, i386 and s390c. These architectures are not supported upstream and I have made the packages build-depend on architecture-is-64-bit and architecture-is-little-endian. Removing these binary packages in unstable will trigger the removal of their counterparts in testing, and allow the migration of related packages. I think that the dak command is: dak rm -R -p -C package -m "ROM; remove 32 bit and non-little-endian architectures" -b -a armhf,i386,s390x r-cran-ade4 On coccia it gives the following output: Will remove the following packages from unstable: r-cran-ade4 | 1.7-23-1 | armhf, i386, s390x Maintainer: Debian R Packages Maintainers <[email protected]> Will also send CCs to: [email protected] ------------------- Reason ------------------- ROM; remove 32 bit and non-little-endian architectures ---------------------------------------------- Checking reverse dependencies... # Broken Depends: r-bioc-phyloseq: r-bioc-phyloseq r-cran-adegenet: r-cran-adegenet r-cran-adegraphics: r-cran-adegraphics r-cran-adephylo: r-cran-adephylo r-cran-genoplotr: r-cran-genoplotr r-cran-phylobase: r-cran-phylobase r-cran-seqinr: r-cran-seqinr r-cran-treespace: r-cran-treespace # Broken Build-Depends: r-bioc-phyloseq: r-cran-ade4 r-cran-adegenet: r-cran-ade4 r-cran-adegraphics: r-cran-ade4 r-cran-adephylo: r-cran-ade4 r-cran-genoplotr: r-cran-ade4 r-cran-phylobase: r-cran-ade4 r-cran-seqinr: r-cran-ade4 r-cran-treespace: r-cran-ade4 And then it proposes to remove the packages. But if it is not recursive, here is a list of one-by-one dak commands. dak rm -p -C package -m "ROM; remove 32 bit and non-little-endian architectures" -b -a armhf,i386,s390x r-cran-ade4 dak rm -p -C package -m "ROM; remove 32 bit and non-little-endian architectures" -b -a armhf,i386,s390x r-cran-adegenet dak rm -p -C package -m "ROM; remove 32 bit and non-little-endian architectures" -b -a armhf,i386,s390x r-cran-phylobase dak rm -p -C package -m "ROM; remove 32 bit and non-little-endian architectures" -b -a armhf,i386,s390x r-cran-seqinr dak rm -p -C package -m "ROM; remove 32 bit and non-little-endian architectures" -b -a armhf,i386,s390x r-cran-alakazam dak rm -p -C package -m "ROM; remove 32 bit and non-little-endian architectures" -b -a armhf,i386,s390x r-cran-adephylo dak rm -p -C package -m "ROM; remove 32 bit and non-little-endian architectures" -b -a armhf,i386,s390x r-cran-treespace Please let me know if you need more information, Charles -- Charles Plessy - - ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~~~~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ - - [email protected] Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University Senior staff scientist ~~ Luscombe Unit ~~ https://groups.oist.jp/grsu Toots from work - ~~ ~~~~ ~~ - https://fediscience.org/@charles_plessy ** Affects: r-cran-ade4 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: r-cran-ade4 (Debian) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #1128383 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1128383 ** Changed in: r-cran-ade4 (Debian) Remote watch: None => Debian Bug tracker #1128383 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2142285 Title: RM: r-cran-ade4 and its reverse-dependencies [armhf i386 s390c hurd-386] -- RoM; unsupported architectures To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/r-cran-ade4/+bug/2142285/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
