Public bug reported:

Ubuntu was recently updated, and since then, when starting the PC, a
strange message appeared at startup, but it eventually managed to start
correctly. However, after a few days, it would no longer start. After
investigating with AI, we concluded that there was an error in the
kernel update, and I had to revert to a previous version to be able to
start the Ubuntu OS. Now I am trying to correct the errors through the
console with the help of AI.
