Update: The issue persists after long suspensions. The logs now specifically show timeout waiting for FW reset ACK and inta_hw=0xffffffff. This confirms that the BE200 firmware is hanging and the PCI registers are becoming inaccessible. I have verified that Windows Fast Startup is off and am now investigating BIOS 'Sleep State' (S3 vs s2idle) settings.
