The mount(8) manpage does state:

> This section lists options that are specific to particular filesystems. Where 
> possible, you should first
> consult filesystem-specific manual pages for details. 

This is followed by a list or filesystems, pointing namely to the manpage 
nfs(5).
The nfs(5) manpage does mentions both "nfsvers" and "mountvers".

Could you clarify what's missing?
