There are a couple other LLVM 21 bug fixes we could roll into the next update. There are two search path bugs in llvm-toolchain-21 that affect ROCm packages. I'll file launchpad bugs for those shortly.
I'm verifying that this fix for the objdump bug also fixes the undefined symbol errors we see at runtime when using libraries built with offload compress. I'm expecting that the fix for objdump is likely to fix the runtime issues as well. If so, this is a very important bug fix for the ROCm libraries. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2142335 Title: Segfault in llvm-objdump --offloading with object file To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/llvm/+bug/2142335/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
