Full amdgpu suspend/resume log attached for analysis.

Additional technical findings:

- System originally uses deep sleep (S3).
- Forcing s2idle worsens the issue (screen powers off but system does not
properly suspend).
- After resume or cold boot, monitor sometimes shows "HDMI Out of Range" before
Zorin OS loads.
- Kernel logs show:
amdgpu: *ERROR* HDMI-A-1: probed a monitor but no|invalid EDID

- xhci_hcd resume errors were previously present but disabling XHC0/XHC1
wake reduced unwanted wake events.

Hardware:
- Radeon R9 380 (amdgpu, radeonsi)
- HDMI connection
- Corsair CX650 PSU
- Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro WIFI

Issue appears related to HDMI EDID re-detection during suspend/resume or
early boot.
