Abi 5.0 is for supporting newer AppArmor features
(https://gitlab.com/apparmor/apparmor/-/wikis/Release_Notes_5.0.0-beta1).
Noble is on 4.x branch so you should stay with the 4.0 abi like in your
profile.

No, flags=(unconfined) is NOT missing in noble but using aa-enforce
removed it. Just add it back, and use apparmor_parser -r to load this
profile, not aa-enforce
