I think this is because the golang toolchain version isn't pinned, and the previous version of aptly was built long before Jammy was released. At that time, the version was 1.17, but it was later bumped to 1.18 and hadn't been rebuilt until my no-change rebuild. In this case, I'll start rebuilding it locally with golang-1.17 (option c) and check whether the problems go away.
