I did the verification for Noble
Verifications step:
- verify that the msr module is not loaded
- upgrade to libvirt in -proposed
- verified that msr module is loaded
$ sudo lsmod | grep msr
$
$ sudo apt install libvirt-clients
$ sudo apt policy libvirt-clients
libvirt-clients:
