Public bug reported:
The version of vim in the resolute archive (2:9.1.1882-1ubuntu2) [1] as
well as the upcoming version from Debian (2:9.1.2141-1ubuntu1) [2] both
fail to build from source with a build-time test failure on
Test_term_gettty.
The actual failure seems more related to a string comparison error than
it does terminal allocation:
