I FIXED THE ISSUE. I am the person who requested this bug. I'm writing this comment from a new account because I didn't need the old one and I deleted it.
HERE IS HOW I FIXED IT IN 2 STEPS: STEP 1: Disable Secure Boot 1. Press F1 to go to BIOS. 2. Go to 'Security' option. 3. Go to 'Secure Boot'. 4. Disable Secure Boot. STEP 2: Enable CSM and set Boot Mode to UEFI only. 1. Go to 'Startup' option. 2. Enable CSM. 3. Set Boot Mode to UEFI Only. After doing these 2 steps: 1. Go to 'Exit'. 2.
