Public bug reported:
Suddenly, on a nearly fresh install, graphical and "none root" process
consume 100% cpu : lot of systemd subprocesses (but not all), typically
gsd-*, also some apps could still be launched normally, but most won't
pop up (but the process exists and take full CPU load in the
background), to add to the confusion others apps runs normally or
slowly.
After many packages reinstallation and a long search, I finally found
(thanks to debsums) that I must have messed with the files into
/usr/share/icons/Yaru.
Sadly I reinstall the package before looking what did I mess with...
Here's the fix:
```
sudo apt install debsums
dpkg -S $(sudo debsums -c) | cut -d : -f 1 | sort -u
yaru-theme-icon
sudo apt-get reinstall yaru-theme-icon
```
