Apologies, I don't know what logs I was looking at. Your logs are
perfectly valid ...

There seem to be two VGs with the same name and removing a LV failed
because of it.

There are multiple places across subiquity where the VG name is expected
to be unique, so I don't know if we can realistically do something about
it without major changes.
