rust-ripasso-cursive has no reverse depends and therefore is often
temporarily removed to complete transitions.

In this case, it is part of the entangled gpgme transition.
https://transitions.ubuntu.com/html/gpgme1.0.html

It fails to build now because someone (Debcrafters?) needs to merge
libgit2 because the rust libgit2 bindings already depend on a newer
version of libgit2. :(

$ reverse-depends src:rust-ripasso-cursive
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -b src:rust-ripasso-cursive
No reverse dependencies found
