Public bug reported:
while trying to get it building in current 26.04 dev, i've encountered
several ftbfs problems such as bug #2142855 bug #2142780 bug #2137458.
they all are caused by linux kernel header changes. upstream version
6.19 addresses the incompatibility changes.
we're currently shipping linux 6.19, so we should also ship strace 6.19.
since this resolves build failures, I think the alternative would only
be backporting many patches.
